 John Bax is the founder of the Tryact company and the promoter of its vision. He is a model in what concerns continuous development focused on reaching goals and raising standards.John is accredited as Business Coach for individual, team or organizational coaching, Business Practitioner, Business Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer, Life Orientations Consultant, and Spiral Dynamics Corporate Transformation Consultant and Trainer. He established Tryact in the Netherlands in 1991, starting from the vision of continuously developing potential, a statement which is very clearly expressed through his personal example. Fluent in English, German and Dutch, John managed to enrich the Romanian market with more than a successful company- he brought about a new approach to the seemingly paradoxical concept of organizational comfort, and transferred his international experience to Tryact Romania, a project that he has implemented locally in 2005. |
