He has over 19 years of professional experience, having been Partner in Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young India where he was instrumental in setting up a robust Human Capital practice. Arvind has extensive industry experience his last assignment being with IBM Global services as their HR leader for India. He has developed expertise in diverse areas such as organisation strategy and structure, performance management, engagement and retention, leadership and change. Arvind holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI, India, and is an accredited trainer from Global Quality Associates, USA and Cathey Dan Miller Association, USA.
