ImageUrania s-a alaturat echipei AchieveGlobal Romania in 2003, iar in prezent este senior trainer UBD, sustinand cursuri atat pentru AchieveGlobal Romania, cat si ROI Institute Romania.
Licentiata in stiinte juridice, Urania si-a inceput cariera in Resurse Umane si, in scurt timp, a devenit Director HR si Training al unuia dintre cele mai mari lanturi hoteliere din lume.
Au urmat 2 ani de experienta in acelasi domeniu in Germania si, o data intoarsa acasa, Urania a devenit senior trainer&consultant, mai apoi Training Manager al companiei Achieve Global, facilitand cursuri de vanzari, customer service si leadership. Din 2007 Urania este “pionierul” implementarii metodologie ROI  Romania.
