Adela a absolvit Facultatea de Economie în cadrul Universităţii de Vest din Timişoara şi a studiat Dreptul in cadrul Universităţii Vasile Goldiş din Arad. În timp, Adela şi-a îmbogăţit pregătirea deţinând astăzi un bogat portofoliu de cursuri şi specializări, urmate în străinătate, în cadrul Universităţii din Gent, Belgia, Universităţii din Gottingen, Germania, National Democratic Institute din Washington, SUA. În prezent, Adela urmeaza un program de doctorat în Economie. Experienţa Adelei este acumulată timp de mai bine de cincisprezece ani, în special în zona managerială şi în domeniul resurselor umane, în cadrul unor companii multinaţionale ca International Resources şi Unilever precum şi din poziţia de consultant, în cadrul Archimedes Consulting Group şi din 2004 ca managing partner al Ascent Group. Adela este consultant şi trainer acreditat pentru metodele de evaluare de personal şi training Identity Compass şi Lifo. În afara zonei de afaceri, Adela activează şi în mediul academic, ca lector la catedra de Economie şi Finanţe a Universităţii Vasile Goldiş din Arad, dar şi în aria neguvernamentală ca trainer a două prestigioase institute americane: International Republican Insititute şi National Democratic Institute, pentru care a susţinut cursuri în România, Albania, Maroc, Serbia, Ungaria, Republica Moldova şi Indonezia. Alina David, Alianz Tiriac Avand peste zece ani experienta in Allianz Tiriac Asigurari, Adina este un manager care nu numai ca a implementat dar a reusit sa vinda interior acest proiect. |
