There are no translations available  Trainer si Coach, cu experienta de 7 ani, certificat in Process Communication Model®, in curs de certificare in Analiza Tranzactionala – Domeniul Organizational.Buna ziua! Ca formare initiala, sunt medic. Ulterior am urmat cursuri de management, de psihologie organizationala si a conducerii, diverse formari si certificari ca trainer si coach, precum si numeroase alte cursuri tematice. Cea mai mare parte a activitatii mele este dedicata training-ului si coaching-ului, mai ales unei variante a acestora: „training prin aventura”. Aceasta abordare presupune utilizarea drept instrumente de dezvoltare a unor scenarii aventuroase si a unor activitati spectaculoase, insotite de sesiuni de conceptualizare, transfer al informatiei si sesiuni de coaching. O astfel de coroborare a instrumentelor de interventie confrunta participantii nu doar cu modele teoretice si exersare „emotional-aseptica” in sala de curs, ci si cu necesitatea rezolvarii unor situatii concrete provocatoare si le ofera sansa exersarii deprinderilor si in conditii de presiune. Lucrez la dezvoltarea acestor instrumente si livrez astfel de programe imreuna cu colegii mei, trainer-i si instructori, in cadrul firmei HAI – Human Adventure Impact, in care sunt co-actionar. Imi plac natura, sportul si provocarile. Imi place sa lucrez cu oameni. Ma fascineaza mintea umana si aventura omului in univers. |
