Am construit o experienta de 13 ani in resurse umane, design de procese, eficientizare de operatiuni, dar inca sunt lucruri multe de invatat ... de aceea am si ales, pe langa licenta in Psihologie, sa-mi fac o specializare in Stiinte Economice (Executive MBA) la London Business School. Am avut sansa sa lucrez in companii (Zapp, Raiffeisen Bank, OTP Bank) unde am invatat atat de la altii, cat si prin experienta proprie. La Human Capital Solutions (de peste 6 ani pe piata) lucram in consultanta cu clienti din diverse industrii, cu care avem parteneriate ce se desfasoara de ani de zile. Am construit diverse parteneriate si certificari (SHL, Profiles, Lominger), insa lucrul care poarta cel mai mult amprenta personala si a colegilor mei este sistemul de evaluare si dezvoltare BrainPerform. Colegul meu – Dragos Cirneci, impreuna cu care voi sustine prezentarea, lucreaza de peste 15 ani in cercetare si consultanta resurse umane, are un doctorat in Psihologie si este specialist in neurostiinte comportamentale, avand colaborari cu institute de prestigiu (Cornell University, Sackler Institute, Slovak Academy of Science, etc.). |
