In ultimii 6 ani aceasta experienta este acumulata in zona manageriala si in domeniul resurselor umane, in cadrul unor companii multinationale si nationale, lideri de piata in domeniul lor de activitate. Aurel este consultant acreditat Human Synergistics, deruland un proiect de evaluare a culturii organizationale in una dintre companiile in care a fost director de organizare. Aurel a absolvit prima serie de cursuri de dezvoltare a abilitatilor antreprenoriale Empretec organizate in Romania in 2003, este certificat CNFPA ca formator de formatori si ca manager de proiect. In prezent, este preocupat de facilitarea de parteneriate, elaborarea si managementul proiectelor finantate prin Programul Operational Sectorial Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane 2007-2013. Este managerul unui proiect implementat de catre o asociatie care are ca parteneri Blocul National Sindical si Ministerul Tineretului si Sportului. |
