Fiecare dintre noi isi doreste oameni talentati in organizatia proprie, mai ales in vremuri de criza.  Si totusi, cum recunosti potentialul unui om? Avem nevoie de astfel de oameni? Cu ce sunt ei diferiti de ceilalti angajati? Cum descoperim si monetizam un asemenea om, in beneficiul organizatiei?
Ce putem face diferit cu privire la cele de mai sus, fata de ce am facut pana acum?
Un om talentat, sau un talent, pe scurt, poate fi recunoscut dupa rezultatele remarcabile pe care le are intr-un anumit domeniu. Ei gasesc recompensa chiar in rezultatele muncii prestate si de multe ori, nu ies in evidenta, fiind printre noi.  Unii ne ridica organizatia, altii, pot sa face greseli majore. Cum extragem aurul din minereu? Cum punem omul potrivit la locul potrivit?
